Well, I’m off to film an adventure for Off Trail in a few weeks. We’ll be heading to Southwest Oregon to do some steelhead fishing with Mitch Garrett. Mitch contacted me the other day and sent me a few pictures of steelhead from the rivers we’ll be fishing as a little preview of our trip. I’ll admit, it’s hard to keep an even keel about this trip while looking at these photos!

I tell you what, I’m flat out ready to go. I’m bummed that I’ll only be armed with a video camera! But just to get one of those bruisers on camera would be something else. We should be filming this trip during the first week in March - so look for the Off Trail episode in April or May.
