A vibrant native 10″ Rainbow. This is probably the average fish we caught size wise. Notice the white tips on the fins. That is a trait that seems common on the Middle Fork ‘bows.

Mountain stream fishing at it’s best.  I had a great time catching 10-14 inch wild cutthroat and rainbow trout on a big ugly foam hopper.  Too bad the camera batteries died before I got any scenery pictures though as the area is beautiful….
